The sister ship to Silolona, designed for those who crave depth, culture, and the quiet power of the sea. Si Datu Bua, meaning “Beloved Princess”, embodies the spirit of Indonesia’s ancient spice-route ships, a vessel where craftsmanship and culture meet barefoot luxury. Hand-built by the legendary Konjo boat builders of Sulawesi and sister to the acclaimed Silolona, this 40-metre Phinisi sails with soul. Designed for just six guests, it’s an experience of privacy, elegance, and deep connection to place. Expect teak-lined decks, woven textiles, and service so personal it feels like family.

Designed for connection and calm, the yacht’s interior lounge and dining area are bathed in natural light, with panoramic windows framing Indonesia’s endless blues. Outside, generous decks invite slow mornings, alfresco dining, and shaded afternoons on cushioned daybeds.
Below deck, three spacious suites combine traditional artistry with modern indulgence — polished wood, woven ikat fabrics, and king beds dressed in crisp linens. Each includes ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, and thoughtful design touches that nod to the ship’s heritage.
Cabin Layout:

Built from locally sourced ironwood and teak, Si Datu Bua carries the traditions of Indonesia’s master shipwrights into modern charter luxury. Her lines are classic, her interiors serene — a tactile mix of hand-carved wood, cream linens, and Indonesian artefacts. With a beam of 8.5 metres and a draft of 3 metres, she glides through the archipelago with quiet strength, powered by a Yanmar 500 HP engine and full sailing rig.
