Inclusions may vary depending on the yacht, location and season, but in general all charters include:

  • Private yacht rental with a full crew, including a captain, chef, and guides.
  • Luxury accommodations in en-suite staterooms or master suites.
  • All meals & non-alcoholic beverages (customized menus available).
  • Diving, snorkeling, and water sports equipment (subject to yacht specifications).
  • Guided excursions such as island-hopping, trekking, cultural visits, and marine safaris.
  • National park permits & conservation fees (unless stated otherwise).
  • Airport transfers to and from your yacht.
  • International and domestic flights.
  • Premium alcoholic beverages (available on request).
  • Personal expenses, souvenirs, and spa treatments (if available).
  • Additional excursions or specialty guides (e.g., private dive instructors, marine biologists).
  • Crew gratuities (optional but recommended at 5–10% of the charter fee).

Yes, we require a 30–50% deposit to secure your yacht charter. The remaining balance is typically due 60 days before departure.

Travel & Practical Information

  • Raja Ampat & Triton Bay – Best from October to April.
  • Komodo National Park – Best from April to October.
  • Cenderawasih Bay – Great year-round, but whale sharks are most active from June to October.

Most travelers can obtain a Visa on Arrival (VOA), valid for 30 days and extendable for another 30 days.

Many of our yachts offer Starlink or satellite Wi-Fi, but connectivity can be limited in remote areas like Raja Ampat or Triton Bay. We recommend disconnecting and enjoying the experience!

Our expert captains monitor weather conditions closely and will adjust the itinerary as needed to ensure a smooth and safe journey.
